Exhibition stand installation and handover
Installation is reviewed as part of a custom-stand project, alongside fabrication readiness, venue access and dismantling. Share the build destination and event schedule so the on-site scope can be assessed.
At handover
Check graphics, finishes, lighting, equipment interfaces and agreed functions against the handover list. Record open items with photographs, an owner, a target date and the recheck result; name the person authorized to accept the work.
Before dismantling
Confirm where components will go, packing needs, collection contacts and the items agreed for return or storage. The project agreement determines the work and staffing included.
