What data we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we save your contact details and custom-stand project brief, including destination, area, budget currency, communication language, source attribution and any document link you choose to provide. We do not download linked documents automatically. Your unsent draft and a random request identifier are kept in session storage on this browser tab, with a 24-hour restore limit; the draft is removed on successful submission or when you clear it. A language cookie and local storage remember your preferences and acknowledgement of this notice. Operational events may include page path, language, a session identifier and form-step completion; they must not contain your contact details or design files. If configured, a notification containing inquiry details is sent to the responsible team through the configured messaging provider. The specific processors, locations, retention periods and legal basis require confirmation by the site operator before launch.
